Both models are easy to install and have a choice of 4 standard casting rings minimum 80 – 100 mm, maximum 130 – 250 mm.
SMARTYCAST REGULAR
The Smartycast Regular Model allows the operator to decide on the cycle plan, while protecting against any wrong maneuvers.
SMARTYCAST PLUS
The Smartycast Plus Model can be operated completely automatic or fully manual. Has an 8 colour 12" touch screen for both manual and automatic modes of operation.
Allows storage of up to 105 casting cycle programs, and therefore the optimum melting condition for each alloy in use.
Melting Capacity:
Up to 350cc of liquid Metal corresponding to about 6 kg of 24 k Gold.
